Professors

The best people to educate building artisans are current master artisans who have worked and trained to the highest standards in the building arts. The ratio of instructor to student is one of the lowest in any higher educational institution in America. This gives each student a high level of one-on-one directed instruction with their professors -- creating a focused environment for learning. Whether in workshops or classrooms, students learn from the best. In addition to master artisans, the liberal arts curriculum is taught by an excellent array of professors, and is geared towards giving the students the knowledge, background, and skills necessary to think, reason and question; succeed as artisans; and excel in the business world.

Visiting Masters

In addition to the College’s permanent faculty, other master artisans are brought to the College to teach for short periods. One week of each semester has been reserved for visiting lecturers or special seminars. This allows the students to be exposed to different ideas and techniques from respected national and international experts.

The College’s administrative staff has worked diligently since 1999 to build a strong foundation for our students and our mission.
